Product Description:
This kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The microtiter plate strips has been pre-coated with Coating antibody for Testo. Standards or samples containing Testo and biotin labeled Testo are added to the plate, A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between labeled Testo and free Testo (Standards or samples) with the solid phase antibody specific to Testo. After that, Streptavidin-Horseradish Peroxidase(SA-HRP) is added to form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-biotin labeled antigen-SA-HRP. And then, TMB substrate solution is added to all wells and incubated. An enzyme-catalyzed reaction generates a blue color in the solution, thereafter, stop solution is added to stop the substrate reaction and the color turns yellow. The yellow solution is read at a wavelength of 450nm. The concentration of Testo in the samples is then calculated from the OD value by establishing a standard curve.

Attentions:
1. Do not exchange reagents from different lots or use reagents from other commercially available kits. The components of the kit are precisely matched for optimal performance of the tests.

3. Allow the reagents and specimens to reach room temperature before use. Shake reagent gently before use.
4. Concentrated washing buffer will produce crystal at room temperature, should be dissolved completely before use.
5. Please put the unused plate back into the bag, and store at 2～8°C.
6. Operate strictly according to the instruction, control of reaction time and temperature strictly.
7. Never reuse microplate sealing membrane. If the external of the microplate contact with water when warm bath, results will be better.
8. Use sufficient volume of washing liquid in the washing steps. Fail to do so may cause color deepening.
9. The kit reference products are only used in this kit and cannot be sold separately.
